American born and raised, I have
been nestled in France for 25 years.
My dual heritage enriches everything UX:
strategy, empathy, creativity… enabling me to
tackle complex challenges with unique solutions.

How I work

In the heart of Paris's tech ecosystem and the nuanced corridors of UX research, my journey spans dynamic sectors: digital payment solutions with PayByPhone, EssilorLuxottica's eye-care innovations and immersive gaming as a previous freelancer.

Sr. UX Researcher, adept in qual & quant methods, I lead the design of web and mobile experiences that engage diverse audiences—from technophiles to healthcare professionals.

(1) Currently bridging Paris and Vancouver's vibrant tech scenes, my mixed-methods UX expertise—from usability metrics to in-depth user interviews—fuels innovation grounded in ethical, user-centric design. By identifying pain points and embracing creative collaboration, I push beyond research boundaries, blending quant insights with qual depth.

(2) While design research may be my gateway to observing, listening, and uncovering challenges, I find it's the thrill of creative collaboration with my Product teams and beyond that truly energizes me, pushing boundaries beyond mere research.

(3) My expertise shines in converting chaos to order, whether through unraveling user insights or decoding complex spreadsheets. My drive is to dive deep and then refine, delivering clarity and impactful results to my stakeholders.

(4) My method hinges on collaborative creation, bringing together diverse perspectives, mostly users and designers. I dedicate myself to facilitating and listening, believing that the best outcomes emerge from collective input and collaboration.

« I’ve had the pleasure to work with Christopher, who is the definition of versatile. He knows a breadth of knowledge about UX research and methodologies, including knowing how to go deep into each one. As a UX designer, I partnered and relied on him heavily for my research studies... Without a doubt, I would want to work with him in the future if the chance appears. »
